Founded in 1997 by Bobby A. Syed, the EMMAs became the first global Creative Industries showcase, shaping the sector ahead of the UK Government’s 1998 Creative Industries White Paper through ITV and BBC broadcasts.
Promoting social cohesion, inclusion, and creative excellence regardless of background, the EMMAs influenced more inclusive mainstream media and were recognised as a catalyst for the UK hosting the London 2012 Multicultural Olympic Games. This multicultural impact continues to drive global creative growth, with the UK’s creative industries contributing £125 billion to the economy in 2022.
This thoughtful collection of tips offer practical and uplifting guidance for living well in later life, from staying active and caring for your body to nurturing your mind and embracing independence.
They highlight the importance of simple daily habits—like movement, mindful eating, and positive thinking—while encouraging you to live authentically and peacefully.
Together, they serve as a gentle roadmap to maintaining health, happiness, and purpose at any age.
Time4Peace has used our EMMA experience to promote social cohesion since 1997; we plan to rock certain global locations and the River Thames as a symbol of London’s economic lifeline for over 2,000 years when the Romans had founded Londinium.
T4P will bring back that EMMA “Cool Britannia” vibe, which we were a part of in the 1990’s through our EMMA TV Show and now through this Time4Peace. The Time4Peace concert will be televised nationally and globally to raise money for those selected charities to support women and children caught up in many conflicts.
— Lord William Hague, Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs
Founded in 1997, EMMA created the first-ever Creative Industries show, helping to define a sector now worth £125 billion to the UK and $2 trillion globally, while influencing policymakers and Olympic decision makers toward a multicultural vision.
Lord William Hague later stated that “EMMA was the catalyst to all that has happened”. The London 2012 Olympic Games delivered a lasting legacy—from Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and East London’s regeneration to £14 billion in economic impact, increased tourism, and a stronger global UK brand.
Working together with leading organizations to promote peace and cultural unity worldwide.

About Us
We have been promoting Social Cohesion that has led to successful Social Inclusion in certain sectors within the Creative Industries since 1997. As pioneers to define the proper meaning of Multiculturalism, which is a natural development of a Metropolitan environment leading to a Cosmopolitan society, EMMA is perfectly suited to pursue our new Time4Peace project that resonates with Generation Z who are about Peace.
